How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. For standard shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track your package directly on their websites. For EMS shipments, tracking may be limited.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide except to Asia and some remote areas due to agricultural regulations. Our specialized packaging ensures plants arrive healthy wherever they’re going.

We offer two shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive email confirmation when your order ships.
What should I do when my plants arrive?

Returns & Guarantees

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day guarantee from delivery date. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, contact us at [email protected] with photos and your order number.

Important: Due to international agricultural regulations, we cannot accept returns of plants that have been potted or planted.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged plant and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, typically by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
