Our 15-Day Plant Happiness Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction grows our business, and we’re committed to making things right.

Note about Living Plants: Due to their perishable nature, hydrangeas and fruit trees/plants cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from what was ordered. Succulents & Cactus may be returned if properly packaged in their original condition.

Simple Return Process

  1. Contact Us Within 15 Days
    Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item (for damaged plants).
  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Our Plant Care Team will respond within 24-48 hours with authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return
    For exchanges: Include a note with your new plant preference
    For refunds: Package the plant securely in its original container if possible
  4. Wait for Processing
    We’ll notify you when we receive your return and process your refund/exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees non-refundable)
  • Free Shipping Orders: Original shipping cost ($12.95) deducted from refunds

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-7 business days to process
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different plant? We’ll happily exchange for any available:

  • Azaleas
  • Eucalyptus Trees
  • Succulents & Cactus

Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly.

Special Considerations

To ensure plant health during returns:

  • Water plants lightly before shipping back
  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Avoid returns during extreme weather
