Global Delivery with Care
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote regions) using trusted carriers to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 15-25 days after dispatch
During extreme weather conditions, we may hold shipments temporarily to protect plant health. You’ll be notified if this affects your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
- 15-Day Window: Returns/exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Special Note on Living Plants:
- Hydrangeas and fruit trees/plants cannot be returned unless damaged or significantly different from ordered (due to their perishable nature)
- Succulents & Cactus may be returned if properly packaged in original condition
