We take care to accurately describe our plants (including azaleas, eucalyptus trees, fruit trees & plants, hydrangeas, succulents & cactus). However, natural variations in color, size, and growth patterns may occur.

All orders are subject to plant availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we send shipping confirmation.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after acceptance.

5. Shipping Policy

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
   • Processing: 1-2 business days
   • Delivery: 10-15 days after dispatch
2. Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50
   • Processing: 1-2 business days
   • Delivery: 15-25 days after dispatch

5.2 Weather Delays

To protect plant health, we may delay shipments during extreme weather. You’ll be notified of any delays affecting your order.

5.3 Delivery Responsibility

Once plants leave our facility, risk of loss passes to you. Please inspect plants immediately upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 15-Day Plant Happiness Promise

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery if:

• Plants arrive damaged
• Items are significantly different from what was ordered
• You change your mind (certain restrictions apply)

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with order number and photos (if damaged)
2. Wait for return instructions from our Plant Care Team (24-48 hour response)
3. Ship your return following our instructions
4. Wait for processing (we’ll notify you upon receipt)

6.4 Return Shipping Costs

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: We provide prepaid return labels
• Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees non-refundable)
• Free Shipping Orders: Original shipping cost ($12.95) deducted from refunds

6.5 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to original payment method:

• Credit Card/PayPal: 5-7 business days
• Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

6.6 Exchanges

We happily exchange for available:

• Azaleas
• Eucalyptus Trees
• Succulents & Cactus

Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We’re not responsible for plants after they’ve been delivered to the shipping carrier
